CBD and Cerebral Palsy

CBD and Cerebral Palsy
🐝
There are about 10,000 children born each year in America with cerebral palsy (CP) and getting treatment with conventional medication often leaves families shorthanded and in search of other answers. This is because muscle relaxers and anti-convulsant medications often give CP patients unwanted side effects that can have a negative impact, rather than a positive one (CBD Clinicals, 2022).
🌲
CBD has shown to help those with CP by helping reduce their muscle spasms, prevent and treat seizures that are accompanied with CP, manage and reduce pain, reduce anxiety, insomnia, and depression (CBD Clinicals, 2022).
♻️
The study also concluded that CP patients have a higher risk for high blood pressure (hypertension), developing seizures, and joint pain, all which CBD was shown to help alleviate (CBD Clinicals, 2022).

The best part of all, these plant compounds work with our established endocannabinoid system. It works with our body, not against.
🌲
CBD has hundreds of therapeutic uses; we just don’t know about it.
♻️
Now how come CBD isn’t being recommended for those that suffer from CP? As much as I would love to answer that, I won’t. It should be obvious. Conventional medicine here in America is a business and sometimes it seems that our health is secondary, which shouldn’t be much of a secret. That’s why most doctorate programs in the U.S. include a business degree in their education. It is sad.
🐝
I have said it before, and I’ll say it again. No one cares more about your health than you do.
🌲
Please share for anyone you know with Cerebral Palsy. It could change their life.
