CBD and anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD
Many people just want to address their anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, and PTSD, but don’t want to revert to pharmaceuticals because of the dependency and negative side effects that come along with them (Blessing, Steenkamp, Manzanares, Marmar, 2015). So what options are out there that can offer relief AND have additional health benefits? CBD and let me explain why.
🐝
It’s 2022 and we are becoming more conscious of the things that we ingest, and we should be! We are getting a better understanding that some things might not have our best health’s interest in mind overall the long haul, but it’s important to know that there are alternative options out there that are health centered, and CBD is a prime example.

According to Neurotherapeutics, a peer reviewed medical journal, concluded CBD was shown to reduce anxiety disorders, panic disorders, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder all of which can take a heavy toll on our mental if not addressed (Blessing, Steenkamp, Manzanares, Marmar, 2015).

Why is that important? Many of us suffer from the above listed issues, but we are told that a pill is the only solution, and I am here to tell you that’s not true!
🐝
Neurotherapeutics stated that anxiety disorders were shown to have a diminished wellbeing, elevated rates of unemployment, relationship problems, and increased risk for suicide, making it even more important to know where to turn to in time of need (Blessing, Steenkamp, Manzanares, Marmar, 2015).
🌲
I think it’s important to teach others that there are alternatives out there that can offer help and remain health centered, all while addressing those same conditions mentioned above that we all suffer from. We deserve the right that there are other alternatives out there for mental health support. Just know, you don’t have to sacrifice your health to get that relief! Mental health support is something we all need and knowing where to turn in time of need can be a life saver. We are all in this together!
